Colombo street boss doing business in Mass. and R.I.

It appears that a Colombo crew was doing business in five states, including R.I. and Mass. Indicted for trafficking narcotics, loan sharking and extortion along with three of his crew Ralph Deleo of Somerville has been identified as a Colombo family member. This is interesting stuff and makes one wonder. Since the "upper management' shakeup and weakened condition of the New England family it could be that parts of New England will be carved up among the New York families, or is this a probe into "new territory" by outside families to gauge a response from the new Padrone, if any. Sources report there are already members of another east coast family doing business in Rhode Island and have done so for at least a year. Those same sources state that the then Don was aware of it but chose to do nothing. Maybe a new partnership is in the works or there may be hell to pay. We'll see. Check out the video here.
