Loading ...After recently speaking to two separate sources it appears that Capo Bobby DeLuca, who campaigned very aggressively for the position of underboss, is declining the spot in Rhode Island. It appears there is too much heat in the state and he doesn’t want to deal with it. It looks like the position is going to fall to Eddie Lato, a tough old school standup wiseguy who is very low key, much like the now retired Baby Shacks Manocchio.
